The Inquiry Panel, comprised of the Honourable Philip Cummins, Professor Emeritus Dorothy Scott OAM and Mr Bill Scales AO presented its Report to the Minister for Community Services on 27 January 2012.

The Inquiry acknowledges the contributions of the many individuals and organisations that provided information and assistance.

The Inquiry has now concluded and has ceased operations.

The Minister for Community Services, the Hon Mary Wooldridge tabled the report of the Inquiry in Parliament on 28 February 2012.  The report is available here.
